Checkin experience: Wonderful! The staff made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They ensured a quick and efficient checkin, making us feel welcomed right from the start. 5 stars for the exceptional checkin experience. Staff: Highly courteous and professional! The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were always attentive and ready to assist us with a smile. 5 stars to the amazing staff. Amenities: Good, but could be better. While the hotel offered basic amenities, we expected a bit more variety and modernity for a truly luxurious experience. Nonetheless, it didn't greatly affect our overall satisfaction. 3 stars for the satisfactory amenities provided.
The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spotlessly clean, leaving no room for any complaints. The amenities provided were good, although there was room for improvement. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!
