The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was extremely efficient. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Overall, a perfect stay! Highly recommended.
Worth every penny. If you travel with elderly family- with knees/ foot problem, this is suitable for them as they do no need to walk the staircase. You just just park you car at the side and walk within 5 mins to your room. Kitchen: The kitchen itself is completed with basic kitchenware-cutleries, wok , gas, kettle. As the traffic congestion is really bad at ranau as i went there during public holiday therefore i cooked for dinner. Just bring some instant noodle. However you can order for grab food too. Car: If you are checking out in the early morning, it is advisable to park at the side so your cant wont be block by the other cars as the parking space isn't big however if you car blocked by others you can just call the person in charge to solve it for you. Front office: All of the staffs very accommodating & friendly. Room: Clean & big space.
