BAD MANAGEMENTStrategic location for transportation.The staff attitude. The management need to monitor A LOT AND CLOSELY how the staff attitude towards guess. The face expression. No smiles or greeting received by the staff. Annoying. No answer from the property when I messaged via emails regarding some facilities. The property contact number given by OYO and what indicated in the booking confirmation was not on service. VERY BAD SERVICE IN TERMS OF INQUIRIES FEEDBACK AND STAFF ATTITUDE. THE MANAGEMENT NEED TO RECTIFY ON THIS. WHAT A SHAME. The staffs were not local staff whereby in rules the receptionist need to be a local staff.
Single room were nice and comfy bed, air cond ok. Room is clean. Suitable for temporary stay.Nearby Masjid Jamek LRT.Toilet hole got brown stain , and when i want to check out, there's no receptionist around 745 am....but they had prepared a box for you to insert your room's key before you leave. My phone have connections problem with their Wi-Fi but my laptop can get their line,and tv doesn't work. No parking available for guess,must know how to find nearby parking ( please standby cash)
