Staff and management still entertain even if it is last minute booking, or check in, and if there is no room available, they will try their best to prepared what is necessary.....

The check-in experience was excellent, they took care of everything swiftly and efficiently. The room was decent and comfortable, although it could have been a little bit cleaner. The amenities were satisfactory and added to the overall pleasant stay. Five stars for the check-in experience and four stars for both the room and amenities.
