The check-in experience was hassle-free and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. A perfect 5-star experience!

Perfect Location in the Heart of the City with Great CleanlinessThe hotel is located right in the tourist heart of the city. Step outside, and you’re on a lively street filled with street musicians performing on every corner. Jalan Alor food street is only a one-minute walk away, offering a variety of street food options. The hotel itself was very clean, and the manager was kind and helpful. Free drinking water and hot water was provided, and the shower, bathroom, toilet, and overall cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. The AC worked very well, keeping the room comfortable.However, the WiFi connection was inconsistent and unstable. Each time we returned to the hotel, we had to ask the manager to reconnect it. The shower could also be improved; it wasn’t adjustable, so the high water pressure mostly sprayed onto the wall. Additionally, the bathroom lacked space to put bath items.
