This hotel is located in Brickfields, about a 700m walk from the Monorail at KL Sentral. You do have to navigate a few blocks to reach it, which can be a bit tricky if you have large luggage. Also, there’s no lift, so be prepared to take the stairs. I arrived at 2 PM and my room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait around 30 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait since I wasn’t in a hurry, and I understand that it’s the end of the year, so the cleaning staff might be on leave. The receptionist was very friendly and apologized for the delay. I stayed in ROOM 108, which is right next to the reception area. There was some noise until about 8 PM, but it didn’t bother me too much. By the time I wanted to sleep at 10 PM, everything was quiet. The room was clean enough for my needs, with towels and soap and shampoo provided. The mattress is an 8-inch reborn mattress, making it super comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was quite cold, but there’s a quilt to keep you warm. One thing I would suggest is to get new pillows, as the ones provided were a bit flat for my liking. You can order food through Food Panda from various vendors in the Bangsar area, and there’s a great place called Rasmeena Nasi Kandar just a short 300m walk from the hotel. While there aren’t many halal options nearby, there are some South Asian food choices, including vegetarian options. I preferred to use Food Panda instead of walking to get food. Considering the price I booked at, which was under RM50, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the service I received. The walk from KL Sentral is close to 1km, which caught me off guard, but once I got to my room, I was quite content to work and relax. I didn’t have reception in my room (Celcom), but the Wi-Fi was fast enough at around 30Mbps. The en-suite toilet was spacious, and the hot shower worked well, so I was very happy with my stay. Thanks for the excellent service!
