Convenience. That's the selling point. Public Bank, coffee shop, a supermarket and petrol stations are all within 2 minutes walking distance. Also, a chinese and hindu temple are just across the road. The hotel room is very basic, without any touch of luxury. I didn't like the bed coverings as they don't look very crisp and clean.The shower water gets all over the bathroom as it is an open shower area. I rested my head on the headboard and felt itchy later on. I suppose the padded headboard is impossible to clean.
