Staff just okay, and check-in experience not so smooth since the front desk asking for full payment even though I've already paid full payment through oyo. Then i ask for him to refresh then he just relies that. If im not asking him to refresh the system. Surely i will already paid double the amount of the room. However the room was good enough. Full with equipment.
Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Smooth and efficient check-in experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Overall, a wonderful stay!
