Just having arrived to the area, I selected this hotel from among many in the area without consulting google, and luckily it proved to be a good choice. Inexpensive, clean, and beautifully quiet (my room was on the top floor). Lots of parking in the streets around. Staff were great. There's multiple food options all around as well as a few pubs. Note that the nearby parking spaces require tickets which can be purchased from Mama's Kitchen 50metres up the road. Just a few yards from ferry terminal.
We stay a night there with my family. This place is center of Labuan town. No hard to find food & clothes.
