You get what you pay so don't expect luxury. I was upgraded from a single bed to queen size bed which I was grateful. The TV and fan wasn't working but luckily the aircond and water heater was so I'm not complaining. Room was nice and cozy although it was small. There's a few restaurants and shops nearby this location so it's a convenient spot.
