Saya memang regular guest dekat hotel nie dari dulu lagi hotel ini memang terbaik dari segi kebersihan dan layanan yang di berikan
The staff that attend to us during our check-in was helpful. She changed our assigned room to lower level, as one of our family member had difficulty in climbing up the stairs.The room/hotel description should be more upfront in informing future customers that they don't have lift service, may not be suitable for elderly who needs to climb stairs daily to their room.
