Value for money
Location is the most attractive to me - it is not far from the main town where everything is close by like convenience stores, eateries, bank, pharmacy you name them. Plus it is also not too far from the peaceful beach Teluk Batik. The room is practical matches with its price and parking lot is ample and you don't need to worry about it. However do take note for those with knees problem, please ask for the first floor room. Their stairs are quite high and they don't have lift. Otherwise everything is practical and helpful
