The checkin experience was smooth and the staff was helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was good and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
The room is clean, neat and tidy. Aircond functioned very well. nOwner also provided the iron n board.The bedsheet color a bit faded.nI have been bite by the insect or bed bug maybe. My hand and arm got a few red swollen and itchy when im using the chalet blanket. Then i use my own blanket.
