The checkin experience was smooth, didnt even ask for id, just needed ic number. Amenities in room are a bit dirty imo. Room was moldy at the ceiling/edge of wall. Got hairs on the blanket too. A little cockroach climbed on my arm while in the bathroom, and the bathtub didnt even have a water stopper, so had to improvise with a plastic bag we have. A 3.5 star stay overall. Will book again if desperate for a place to stay, but definitely wont be my first choice even tho it is familiar. Good sides are: many eateries nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly.
