Rohit Kapoor who joined us recently as the CEO of New Real Estate Business will be leading the OYO LIFE business. Rohit will be joining Kavikrut, Chief Growth Officer, OYO Hotels & Homes and work together to build the OYO LIFE offering globally.
OYO LIFE was launched last year in October with the aim of offering residents fully managed independent residential units, inclusive of contracting, furnishing, cleaning, maintenance, and in-stay services. In less than six months since its launch, we at OYO LIFE have signed more than 10,000 beds where we have 6,000+live and adding 1000+ new beds every month making it one of the largest businesses for branded fully-managed housing for millennials globally. We have kick-started the rebranding from Japan and will be adopting and transitioning all our current identity in India to OYO LIFE starting now.
