Our first OYO Townhouse in Surat is a 43 room property situated at Bhimrad Althan Road, Althan, Surat and the other townhouse is situated in Vadodara which is a 60 room property located opposite Circuit House, Alkapuri, Vadodara. These new OTH launches are a part of our expansion in Gujarat and with 5 OYO Townhouse hotels in Gujarat, we aim to offer travellers standardized, good quality hospitality experiences at affordable prices. Currently, OYO Townhouse is in India, UK & the US. This launch comes shortly after us announcing the 100th OYO Townhouse in Pune, India, which is also the biggest so far with more than 130 rooms.

Interestingly, 90% of our bookings have come from organic channels in the past quarter (Apr-June 2019).

OYO Townhouse is currently present in 19 cities in India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Ghaziabad, Goa, Jaipur, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Surat and Vadodara. With plans to expand to 400+ hotels, OYO Townhouse will be making its debut in multiple new Indian cities from the existing 19!
