The 100th Townhouse in Pune is a 130 room hotel that comes with ample offerings and unique experiences for each and every one. Guests will have the facility of a rooftop and a speciality restaurant, coffee shop, spa, 2 banquets, an impressive lobby, and ample parking space. It’s a one-stop shop for all personal and professional requirements of a travelling millennial. Within 29 months of our launch since 2017, we are a 100 strong army of OYO Townhouses spanning across 16 cities in India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Ghaziabad, Goa, Jaipur, Lucknow and Coimbatore. We have plans to expand to 400+ OYO Townhouses by 2019-end, and will be making our debut in multiple new Indian cities from the existing 16!  Currently, our OYO Townhouse is in India, UK & the US.

We have been growing tremendously and receiving love from our guests across geographies. With ~90% occupancy, OYO Townhouse has witnessed 1.3x growth in the number of repeat customers. OTH is one of the most loved brands that has received great feedback from guests with 82% consistently rating them 4 & above (out of 5). Interestingly, 90% of our bookings have come from organic channels in the current quarter* (Apr-June 2019).
