Good value room around 1200 per day at front desk when available. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable fairly clean by Philippines standards. Toothbrush water and soap supplied. working air-condition and shower is hot. no roaches seen inside, if you leave food out maybe ants of course. But not infested like other comment said. I only see them if I leave food out for hours. There is a pool seems clean. good location not loud at night or early morning. walking distance to walking street and the mall, 711 across the street.
