Good value room around 1200 per day at front desk when available. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable fairly clean by Philippines standards. Toothbrush water and soap supplied. working air-condition and shower is hot. no roaches seen inside, if you leave food out maybe ants of course. But not infested like other comment said. I only see them if I leave food out for hours. There is a pool seems clean. good location not loud at night or early morning. walking distance to walking street and the mall, 711 across the street.
This hotel is great! They offer very competitive rates, pickup/dropoff service, clean rooms with hot water and air conditioning in an excellent location, and they even have a restaurant. The staff is polite and provides a high level of customer service.
