This is a great place to stay for the reason that it has a great costumer service, affordable rooms, and very easy to check in, it's hard to spot the hotel if you didn't book online, but the hotel is very quiet so it will not disturb the costumer's if they are doing something, overall I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying at mandaue for it's cleanliness, low cost, and has a great costumer service.
