Rooms are great (think ended with deluxe room), has strong aircon, fridge, tv for Netflix (you need your own log in) n YouTube. Has communal kitchen and individual en suite that has hot water which comes in handy for evening showers. It’s away from the beaches (3kms) but everyone seems to have a scooter anyway so everything is close. Accomm provides scooter for 400peso and reduces the rate if you rent for two or more days (good quality bikes). Couple that runs accomm are kind hearted and soft spoken (so you’ll need to engage if you want info or general convo). We couldn’t find good value accomm near the beach as all were by the main road anyway. Accomm is ten walk from bus terminal drop off (from Cebu, it’s 2nd stop for Moalboal). There’s a shopping centre right next door (supermarket) and 24hr Jollibee 6min walk.

Booked a room for 2pax for only P800 which is a nice deal considering the location and accessibility— just beside Gaisano Town Center and around a 15-min drive via motorcycle to Panagsama beach. The attendants were nice enough to let us leave our stuff hours before check-in. Our room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Wifi was stable and fast. Would suggest a deep clean of the shared kitchen and the aquarium at the back. Overall a great experience and would book again next time we visit Moalboal.
