Many of the facilities such as in room bathrooms are out of service, wifi coverage is poor and sometimes offline, and many of the common bathrooms and wiring are out of service or exposed and in need of renovation. However, all these faults can be forgiven if the price is low due to the excellent location. The rooms here especially the two person rooms or even single bed rooms are an amazing value for a price of 100 - 150 pesos even if many of the facilities don't work. The 6 bed room is harder to recommend if the price is higher such as 250 pesos.

The room service staff is okay. But bathroom is not clean and looks no maintenance in repairing or making it more clean. Room and aircon is good. Good for sleeping.
