Location is very nice as it is a 5 minute walk to Buendia MRT Station. Very affordable and the room is spacious. I booked via Agoda. It’s true that there’s no toiletries and bottled water provided but there is 7-11 store right beside it to buy those stuffs. Booked a 1 bedroom suite, inside there’s a mini kitchen but it’s not for use. You can use the microwave and fridge though. There’s also a mini living/dining room, two box type aircon, hot and cold shower, water pressure is strong. Although the building is situated next to a road, it wasn’t that noisy. The lobby and facilities are well maintained, suggestion for the front desk personnel to be more friendly. I recommend this place for short stay.
Perfect for OFWs, from Terminal 3 you can book a Grab (cost less than 400 Php) to take you the heart of Makati. Then all will be accessible from this place... Ayala Malls, Greenbelt, Ayala Circuit Mall, MRT. Rooms are cosy, elegant, quiet. Bathroom is clean well maintained, heater is working. You can buy food from 7/11 which is exactly down the building. Carenderias also are there in front where you can buy a meal with less than 150 Php.
