S Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Cebu City—very convenient and accessible. The rooms are good, clean, and nice, but they're pretty basic with no refrigerator or microwave. They also have a small elevator, so it might get a bit cramped during busy hours. One thing to note: they don’t allow dried fish in the hotel, which is understandable given the smell, but it’s something to keep in mind for visitors. Overall, it’s still a decent and comfortable place to stay if you're looking for a conveniently located hotel in Cebu.
It's a nice hotel, we stayed just for few nights and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working properly but we handled it. Friendly personnel and good position with restaurants and locals around. Suggested for Cebu!
