Love coming here for the proximity to all the action in Makati City, room rates are reasonable and the service generally pretty good. Check in can be a bit slow but hey it's the Philippines. Rooms are spacious and most times everything works. A bit dated now but that's the charm of the Palace.
The staff is nice. Room service is fast and accommodating. Maganda ang rooms. I don’t know why the reviews are bad. Si far so good and wala namang insects like ipis, daga or lizard. The only problem is the aircon maybe the hotel is old but I think they should fix it.
