Clean hotel in good location at affordable price. Biggest problem is all of the affordable rooms don't have any windows. Be aware of that. If you want a window, you'll have to pay about 2000 pesos (July 2025). If you're comfortable not having a window, then this place works reasonably well. Clean, air conditioning works, hot water, clean mattresses, good location. Also, if you book in person, your room is good for 24 hours. So for example if you check in at 3:00 p.m., you can stay until 3:00 p.m. the next day. Alternatively, if you book online, you will get a cheaper price, but it will only be until 12:00 p.m. the following day. Basically standard check-in/check out times. Location: Near the Central market for Tagum. 7/11 within a few minutes walking distance. Pharmacies, bus station, and restaurants also nearby. Also has a place for parking your car or motorcycle safely at night.
At my first impression the room is very clean and comfy it was no even smell in the toilet. The only bad side is pressure of water is kinda not so strong.
