To travel to Kullu or Manali, you would need to be travelling on NH21 from Delhi and then move to Ambala located in NH22. If you wish to travel by rail, Manali is not close to a railway station, hence, Chandigarh is the next best alternative. When the broad gauge railway station is Chandigarh, the narrow gauge railway station, nearest to reach Chandrakhani Pass would be Joginder Nagar which is around 84 miles in distance and you can reach in very less time.
