Reaching Manali From Delhi

Manali continues to be well-connected to major cities, including Delhi. For those preferring rail travel, you can board a train from New Delhi Railway Station to Joginder Nagar in Himachal Pradesh. The journey covers approximately 145 km and takes around 13-15 hours. It’s a scenic route that allows you to witness the changing landscapes of northern India. 

For quicker travel, you can opt for a flight. In 2024, Bhuntar Airport remains the closest airport to Manali, located about 50 km from the town. Regular flights from Delhi and Chandigarh make this a convenient option. Once you land at Bhuntar, a taxi or local bus will easily transport you to Manali.
