There are cozy nooks and corners hidden in the turns of the hills and they are great for couple who want to spend some alone time together. The Ista- Kameshwari Temple is a holy shrine here and one has to reach it after going through quite an adventurous route through the forests. The caves in the surrounding hills also make for a great place for exploration, especially the Akkamahadevi Caves, which has to be accessed by a ropeway. Some of the caves are about 80 feet deep! The region is just by the River Krishna and the beauty of the river from here is spellbinding.
