Travelling to Jaipur:

By Air: Take a connecting or direct flight to Jaipur International Airport which is 12 km from the city centre. Check for daily flights from Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, and other cities in India. Once you land at the airport, hire a taxi or cab to reach your hotel.

By Rail: The nearest railway station is Jaipur Junction railway station connecting Jaipur to Delhi, Mumbai, Udaipur, Jodhpur via direct trains. Take a train to any of these train stations in Jaipur – Jaipur Junction (JP), Jaipur Gandhinagar (GADJ), Asalpur Jobner (JOB), and Kanakpura (KKU).

By Road: For a relaxed journey through the highways while enjoying the scenic beauty, book a seat in private or state-run Volvo buses to Jaipur. If you are driving to Jaipur, take highways like NH 48, NH 52, NH 21, and NH 248.

Day 1: 

Breakfast at Curious Life Coffee Roasters, Sarojini Marg

Visit Amber Fort

Hawa Mahal

This majestic historical palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. Hawa Mahal features 953 small windows that look like a beehive from a distance. Sunset at Jal Mahal

This spectacular five-storied palace stands in the middle of Man Sagar Lake that features an exquisite Rajput architectural style. This palace was originally built to serve as a hunting lodge for the rulers. You will be intrigued to note that four lower stories remain submerged under the water when the lake is full of water during the monsoon.
