Occupancy levels at Patel’s hotel have increased to 80% while they were at the 25- 30% mark previously. Patel has noticed a marked occupancy increase along with much-improved clients who seem to be happier than before. Like many other hotel owners who have tasted success by tying up with OYO, Patel is of the opinion that OYO Rooms can become one of the biggest hospitality brands in the USA, redefining the sector with its emphasis on technology, standardization and innovative business model.
