We recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. My husband surprised me with the trip and had reached out to the hotel ahead of time to see if there was anything they could do to help celebrate. What they did truly exceeded our expectations. When we arrived at our room, we were welcomed with a beautiful handwritten card, fresh flowers, and chocolates. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the entire stay feel incredibly special. On top of that, we were given what I truly believe was the best ocean view at the property. The attention to detail, kindness of the staff, and genuine effort to make our stay memorable did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond like this. If you’re considering a stay in Newport, I highly recommend booking here. We will absolutely be back!
Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just perfect! The view from our room was breathtaking, the room was beautiful and spacious and the staff were wonderful! The last 3 hotels on our vacation were horrible so by the time we discovered OYO, we did not have very high hopes and we just wanted a place to sleep. So, the fact that OYO had 1 room left and could fit us in felt destined and I could've cried at how perfect everything was. We WILL be back. Thank you so much to the staff! <3
