This is a cozy little roadside motel reminiscent of the 1980s & 90s. It has not been updated much since then. Its a Mom & Pop business that they run themselves. Don't expect the Hilton and enjoy it for what it is. It may not be updated, and it may not have many amenities, but it is definitely clean, extremely friendly staff, and has easy river access. This is a great place to just relax and enjoy the laid-back feel of yesteryear. They even still have the Diamond shaped keychains on the room keys.
Great place, Quiet Location and Good People. I'm not sure what other people require for a good review. I had a King room with a nice little porch looking out over the river. For my purposes, this location was perfect - quiet and relatively natural environment that is still roadside and able to get to a large number of hiking trails and towns all within 15 minutes. The front desk was warm and welcoming - the guy there is chill in a friendly way.
