Here is the thing. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. I called to make a reservation and the guy gave us 20% off so we only paid $242 for 2 nights. However, the rooms are not what you see online. Our bathroom had mold, the bed frames are made of metal.. so if you accidentally kick it… it makes a HUGE banging sound, they provided a coffee machine but only gave us plastic cups so we can burn our hands, and the main light in the room didn’t even work so we could only use the lamps. Luckily, we had family staying down the street at Comfort Inn which is a VERY nice hotel. Comfort Inn is expensive, but worth it especially if you have a big family.
Ben at the desk was incredible! We arrived early and he totally went above and beyond getting our room ready for us. There was trouble with the room keys and Ben made 3 trips up the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor) and back to fix it, then he cleaned the room himself! My only issue is that there is not an elevator, so if you stay in a balcony room prepare for a hike up the stairs. The bed was quite comfortable, the room was nicely cleaned, and the balcony was a plus.
