It's a budget hotel, even so it's in good shape. Dear owners, I have forgotten your managers name (July 21) but she's amazing! Top notch service, it makes your budget hotel feel like a five star hotel. The shape of a hotel matters less than the people serving it! This is my number one choice in Madras for reasonable priced hotels. Thank you so much for letting someone with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome clean their own room, I know it's an odd request, but not going to the ER or ICU AND having a hotel room a night.... is the dream of everyone with MCAS! I am living a dream!
The only negative would be the few rooms I've stayed in, the bathrooms could use some work. Hot and cold are opposite, tiny sinks in large bathrooms and dark showers that looked moldy. Over all though, amazing staff and the rest of the rooms are nicely put together.
