I have been to this particular hotel several times... Every time they let me know how much they are trying to get new business and make things so much better for the customers...... And I'll have to say it is absolutely 100% true! I really dear friend of mine was on life support.. and I booked through Priceline and was told no refunds, this happened seconds before I was told a deer close friend of mine was on life support! It took forever to get through to anybody with Priceline same thing with my banking account, I was told no refunds, the management here WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND APOLOGIZED AND GAVE US ANOTHER NIGHT to stay on them... They would have given us a refund but asked for a free night instead.! AWESOME STAFF! THANK YOU OYO!
friendly staff and owner good customers service especially Tammy is the manager and April is the property manager they helped me out tremendously out cheap price and there is a sweet lady that work the morning shift name is Felicia very helpful to and a another Lady name is Holly very sweet Lady to and very helpful the whole staff is very helpful good customers service and friendly and they will Help you out and I can't thank the staff enough for helping me out tremendously hey like Wolf Man once said ask for Tammy or April
