This is my second time staying at this hotel and my experience was as great as the first time. I still love the fact they show you the room first before you check in. I really believe that all hotel chains should offer that. That way, you can see what you are paying for because pictures on a website can be deceiving. Even though my room didn't have a TV because it needed repairs, I still took the room because I really don't watch TV. Beverly and Fenesta were so kind to waive certain fees and taxes as a result and I really appreciated that! The size of my room was perfect, I had the right amenities and my room was super clean. Hotel is within close proximity from dinning and shopping, all within walking distance! Excellent staff, a great room and the best location=a very satisfied customer that will DEFINITELY book another stay in the future!

Upon my arrival to meet the general manager Beverly Lowe and Ms clay Morton the assistant general manager for my the front desk agent is still in the old crew give us an outstanding arrival we also have a chance to Los Angeles Ricardo Rico Fernandez and and Anthony Irvin what a stand-up guy give me a ride to the store family wheelchair great people my partner traveling associate
