Customer service was Excellent. Rooms were nice, clean n smelled fresh. Went on a weekend trip w family. No breakfast just coffee. Has an indoor pool but it's not a heated pool for sure. We went n it there was like a cold front coming. We decided to go swim n it wasn't heated enough. We still swam and made the best of it. I would definitely come back. It's so close to lots of shopping centers

We spent a night at the hotel, and my kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was decent, although there were some markings on the floor and the thermostat was a bit tricky to operate. It would have been more comfortable if a rollaway bed had been available. However, considering the price, it was a satisfactory stay overall.
