Completely exhausted from traveling all day, I checked in around 4am. Checkout is 11am and they have no late checkout. Most places will give you a discount when checking in that late, but not here. The woman was rude and seemed to have an attitude with me for no reason. First thing I saw when I walked in was a huge roach/water bug, so I went back down to the desk to ask for bug spray because I was too tired to change rooms. The woman gave me a can of Lysol. I sprayed the big well, but it was still kicking this morning when I left. The room itself was kinda dingey and worn and didn't seem sanitary. It was clear of any sort of clutter, but just didn't give off a "I've been cleaned recently" vibe. Which got me concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. I didn't see any, but I didn't actually get into the bed either, I just folded a pillow over for my head and slept on top of the bed and covered up with my coat. This place used to be so nice and I enjoyed staying there, but not anymore. I don't care how convenient the location is, I will not be staying at this location again in the future. And $68 was way too much to pay for the amount of time I was there and the condition of the room. I literally spent the previous 3 days at a Best Western Plus and paid $129 for an immaculate room and experience, so this stay was a bitter disappointment and I won't be returning.
Even though they are banging on doors at 9:30am when checkout is 11am,but as long as u tell them ur checking out at 11, they are cool, but u better get out by 11, but it's worth dealing with for the quality of rooms. Always clean, never see any bugs, and the price is cheapest in area! Washer and dryer are nice useful features, and it's nice and quiet usually! Only complaint, TV doesn't get certain popular channels, appears audio only on screen, and its frustrating because they are my favorite channels!!
