ALL TV’s were not working at the motel. No notice about this until checking in and saw a note about the issue & a technician called. Motel was clean, quiet and request for a ground floor was honored. Improvement need: The mattress’s sagged on the side. One was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on.

Office staff (Goban) was excellent, very attentive. Location is great and the room was spotless. Love the fridge and microwave. Only possible complaint is that the bolts on the toilet seat (room 113) need tightening.
