Update; October 16, 2024. Room Deposit refunded back into my account. ------------------ 10/6 & 10/7 2024... I checked in on Sunday for a two night stay in a ground floor accessible room, it was a seamlessly quick check-in process. The room was pre-paid through my credit card, I will update more as things get charged such as the 50.00 deposit being an issue with other reviewers. The parking was ADA compliant with clear markings and close proximity to room entry, there was plenty of parking spaces with good nighttime lighting. The location is central to everything. I heard some highway noise as to be expected since it is so close, but, with a fan on and the window shut, I heard nothing. Two queen beds with envelope style folded sheeting as duvet covers for the comforters were a nice sight as I've reviewed many national parks that use the same techniques in their rooms. The bed was quite clean and comfortable with three cloud pillows per bed and a nice all season comforter. The AC/Fan worked perfectly. Great lighting if i wanted either soft or daylight strength. Double secure locking latches on the door added to the feeling of safety. Fridge and microwave were fine. I did not use the big flat screen television but i checked it out and it was fine. Now, the shower which is always a big box to check in most everyone who writes detailed reviews--Impressive water pressure with a big dial head with plenty of room and shelving for shampoo and soap, the hot water was excellent as well. The vanity/sink area had excellent lighting, ironing board in room, desk and chair along with plenty of accessible to reach power outlets. I enjoyed the coffee maker and supplies very much. There were plenty of towels that were folded nicely, clean and white. The bathroom had a functional exhaust fan which was nice. Low pile carpeting in the sleeping area with laminate flooring in the vanity/sink/bathroom areas. I think this was a great value and recommend. I will update this review on how the refund on the 50.00 deposit goes. If that goes smoothly, then i will happily post accordingly.
I got an amazing affordable group rate here for my employees and colleagues. By far the best Motel 6 we have ever had the honor to stay, and we have stayed at many. The rooms were recently remodeled and had a pleasant comfortable feel. The management and staff are welcoming, hardworking, and friendly! Ten out of ten would recommend!
