Overall very good, but will say the owner, on property daily, is a jerk. That said he does manage to hire excellent staff, which is entirely the reason I took time to do this review. FYI: I've practically been full time resident at this motel for 2 full years with my partner, Richard C. Hence, I believe I am pretty darn qualified as a trustworthy source. As to owner comment: good news is you won't have to interact with Sir Not-So-Nicelot! Enjoy your Scottsdale stay!
We stayed here for one night and I was actually very impressed with how clean the place is. The room smelt like cleaning supplies which is always a good sign for me! Although the actual furniture is dated, when you look closely you can see it's clean. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The front lobby also smelt really nice. Area is a bit iffy but I feel like it's an issue for all of Arizona and the USA.
