This is one of the hotels that I love to stay at no matter what is going on. I’ve been staying here weeks after weeks. The new management has improved tremendously since the last one the service is over and beyond all employees work with smiles on their faces and make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered correctly and in the timely manner..one of my favorite Employees is Alex He is very patient and take his job very seriously the new manager have updated security measures that needed to be follow in more safety for the ones who have kids..again I love this hotel thanks to the new management
Caressa was the SWEETEST hotel representative/guest service person I’ve met! I’m a traveling RN and work the graveyard shifts (7pm-7am) and she makes she when I get back to my room that I have fresh linens and towels ready so I can lay down and after a 15 hour shift. She was very polite and professional
