I got here at 10:10 pm and waited 15 minutes for service. Unfortunately I had a reservation so I couldn't just go to another motel. I called the front desk, which rang for a bit and then went through to a Motel 6 person not on site, who then tried ringing the desk themselves for 10 minutes. Eventually a man walked in and stuck his head in the window drawer area and shouted. That worked and a harassed looking young woman appeared and said she had been with a customer. I saw another review from someone who waited 45 minutes with other customers and eventually they left without ever getting checked in. You need more than one person working at night. EDIT: After I posted this review I went back to turn in a keycard I found on the ground and there was a microphone in the window which picked up my presence immediately and a young man promptly came out. That is the fastest any company has ever responded to a review!
I found a great place to crash for the night, conveniently located next to Denny's and just off the highway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Its location within the business area was a plus, as it offered easy access to various shops and amenities. Whether you need a quick meal or some last-minute essentials, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s an ideal spot for travelers looking for convenience and comfort without breaking the bank.
