The bathroom fan was falling apart and didn’t work, the bathroom light was missing it’s cover, the water was shut off to fix a leak, the heat took a long time to get warm. The bathroom sink drain was slow. I have stayed there several times since 2017 and it’s still my favorite hotel in Flagstaff. There’s also allot of places to eat close by. You don’t hear the freight trains at all in this area.
Clean and comfortable room and well maintained facilities. The front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance are all very friendly, approachable, accommodating and helpful if you need anything. Super pet friendly and plenty of areas for walking furry family around the property - also the most affordable for the area! Excellent central location for local restaurants and shopping. This is a great & convenient place to stay a night while traveling through or for longer plans.
