This is a totally totally bad area. I did not know as I am not from Phoenix the sandwich shop across the parking lot is delicious. I had no loud noises. I felt safe however I was told not to leave my room at night time.

Two things that need to be improved are adding working TV's to every room & and adding fridges. Adding fridges would be a great amenity because it would allow guests to store their drinks.
