Every room was taken by full time residents, probably otherwise homeless. There was a mix of races. Strong smell of pot as i walked the dog. It wasnt a feeling of unsafe but i had to be cautious.

Wish there was a breakfast in the morning, but there was only Coffee. The staff was extremely friendly though so that enhanced our stay.
