I just want to shout out this location’s customer service. I panicked when I didn’t see my $100 deposit returned after my pending charges went through all the way on my bank account. I left the room clean and just couldn’t think why I didn’t get my deposit back. I had issues calling and called multiple times and didn’t get through so that made me feel even more uneasy. I called later and got the manager and she let me know I should be getting it back Friday when I called or following week. They had internet/phone issues that day and she apologized sincerely for that. I didn’t see a credit back on my account until a couple days later but it looks like they did issue it same day I checked out. My bank was just slow processing it and wasn’t even in my pending charges/credit. The area manager called to reassure I got my credit and let me know that credit back could take 7-10 days. Which I wasn’t told at check-in/check-out. Which is easy mistake to forget as I believe this is a newer process they’re doing to make sure rooms stay in good condition for the next guess. If you stay here please just be aware of the time the deposit will get back as it will save you the worry if you don’t see it right away.
Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Immaculately clean room yet a somewhat overpowering smell of cleaning products used. Wonderfully firm bed! The pillows were too thin, the towels of low quality, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. There is also a $100. Upfront deposit to deter the homeless. However, as it was last-minute and urgently needed and despite it being a bit overpriced, compared to the outrageous overpriced hotels/motels in the area, I would 100% recommend.
