This Motel 6 is a blessing. I have been driving since 5am that day and had reservations at another hotel. I didn't know they canceled my reservations because I didn't checked in by 10pm. Have never heard of that policy. So I found this place and the front desk employee that checked me in Jessica was such a delight to have been greeted by and met. She had compassion and understood I was wired and tired and successfully got me a great room for my stay. She has a clear world class level of customer service, something that many hospitality places lack. And thank you to Ana Mora for courteous and friendly help when my card key malfunction. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Thank you Motel 6 Rosemead.
The room could've used a bit of a deeper clean, as it smelled of cat litter and had cobwebs in the corners of the room, but otherwise the stay was great. Great location for my visit, amazing staff, and substantially cheaper than the other options I'd seen online. The check in and out process was very quick, and I was given a free parking pass whenever I needed one. I'll most likely stay here again for my next visit to friends.
