I booked our stay on hotels.com and then called the motel directly to make sure we got a room on the ground floor due to my wife's mobility limitations. Brian got us into a great room just steps away from our parking space. The room was clean and the beds were perfect for our needs. We could hear the neighbors through the walls, but the price and convenience more than made up for that. There was no phone or clock in the room, which did make us feel a little out of touch with the front office in case we needed anything. But the office staff all seemed friendly and helpful.
I received a discount of 10% for the tv missing. Holes in the dresser. I was charged 80.00+ dollars.
