I felt the need to mention an employee who was working at the front desk the day I checked in at Motel 6. I asked her name because I wanted to know the persons name who gave me such great customer service. I was very impressed. Her name is Alice. She answered every question I had and was extremely helpful. Alice was courteous and professional. I thought her exceptional customer service skills were definitely worth mentioning and to whom it may concern I hope a raise will be in her near future.
I think getting the garbage from the room. I was there 3 nights and they didn't get the trash but besides that, it's close to restraunts and the room was surprisingly clean. The door looked banged in and cold air seeped in but the heating unit made it so it wasn't cold. Overall 4/5 stars, I'd go again.
